Mission

Women show up. We push forward. We achieve the impossible—often while carrying invisible struggles that no one sees. Women Are Incredible (WAI) is a space to honor these moments. Here, we share real, raw stories of resilience, perseverance, and strength—anonymously—so that every woman who has fought through personal hardship to succeed in her professional life can be seen, validated, and celebrated. This is not just a collection of stories. It’s a movement to recognize the power and resilience of women everywhere.

origin Story

I flew across the country to pitch the board of a VC just two days after a miscarriage.

No one in that board room knew what I had to physically and mentally overcome in order to show up and absolutely kill it with that presentation.

The main thing I kept coming back to after that experience was women are f*cking incredible. Almost every woman I know has an insane story about overcoming something in their personal lives in order to show up and kick a** in their professional lives. Whether that's submitting a grant just days after giving birth, co-founding a company while going through chemotherapy, or raising a series A during multiple miscarriages.

But we don’t always get the credit we deserve for that—and let’s be real, humble bragging about these moments can feel a little weird. That's why I'm collecting stories from women who feel compelled to anonymously share their "I'm a f*cking bad a**" moments.

Women Are Incredible (WAI) is a project that will allow me to collect and publish these stories of strength and resilience so that we can finally share the Stories No One Knows—But Should.
