About one month in, my co-founder quit and a got a massive infection in my front tooth which took three months to fix, two surgeries and required traveling abroad because it was too expensive to repair at home. In the meanwhile, I continued to have 5-6 fundraising meetings a day while running my startup alone, grew revenue 25% MoM in MRR, raised 100k and recruited four new team members, two of which were working purely for equity. I also researched clinics and started the IVF process to realize my dream of having a child.
