My first born decided to stop breastfeeding very suddenly. After 11 months of it, she literally stopped one bright day, refusing to feed from the breast after showing no precursor signs of being ready to transition. This of course made me develop mastitis. Long story short, I spent about three days managing my company, attending and leading team meetings, investor pitches, client pitches and more while climbing walls with pain and carrying bags of ice in my bra, as I waited to receive emergent care to relieve the situation.
